Founding Member Terms

The Founding Member offer is a limited, promotional subscription tier on TradersFlow. It is designed to reward the first 500 traders who back the product by locking in a discounted monthly price for as long as their subscription remains active.

Founding Membership is a subscription only. It is not an investment, security, or partnership of any kind.

• Founding 100 — £4.99/month for life. Available to the first 100 paying members only, while spots last.
• Founding 500 — £9.99/month for life. Available to the next 400 paying members, after the £4.99 tier is fully claimed.
• Once all 500 Founding Member spots are claimed, the offer closes permanently and will not be re-opened.

Every Founding Member subscription includes:

• Everything in the Pro plan (currently £19.99/month).
• Everything in the Business plan (currently £29.99/month).
• Finance & VAT Centre, Performance Analytics, Portfolio Leads, Reviews & Reports.
• All future TradersFlow feature releases that are included as part of the standard Pro or Business plans, at no additional cost.

Optional paid add-ons, third-party integrations that incur their own fees, or entirely new product lines may be priced separately and communicated in advance.

"For life" means we will not raise the monthly price of your Founding Member subscription for as long as the subscription remains continuously active and in good standing. "Active and in good standing" means your payment method is valid, your invoices are paid, and the subscription has not been cancelled or suspended for breach of our Terms of Service.

If TradersFlow is acquired, merged, or transferred, we will use reasonable efforts to honour Founding Member pricing under the new ownership. We cannot, however, guarantee that pricing or features will remain identical in every possible future business scenario.

You can cancel a Founding Member subscription at any time from the Billing page.

• You'll keep Founding Member access until the end of your current paid period.
• If you cancel and later wish to re-subscribe, TradersFlow is not required to restore the Founding rate. The Founding tier may by then be closed, and you may need to subscribe to the then-current standard plan (e.g. Pro or Business).

Founding Member status is purely a discounted subscription. It does not grant any of the following:

• Ownership of TradersFlow or its operating entity.
• Equity, shares, options, warrants, or any other security.
• Voting rights, board representation, or governance rights.
• Profit participation, dividends, or revenue share.
• Intellectual property rights in TradersFlow's software, brand, or data.
• Partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship of any kind.
• Any other legal or beneficial interest in TradersFlow.

Founding Members are customers of TradersFlow on preferential pricing — nothing more, nothing less.

We may close the Founding Member offer early, extend it, or adjust the tier caps if needed to operate the business responsibly. Any change applies only to new subscriptions; pricing for existing Founding Members already on a tier remains as described above for as long as their subscription stays active and in good standing.
