Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TradersFlow. We've written them to be clear and fair — no surprises, no small print games.

Last updated: 2 September 2026· Version 2.3
01

Acceptance of terms

TradersFlow ("the Service") is operated by AE TECHNOLOGIES GROUP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17419062, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. In these Terms, "we", "us", "our" and "TradersFlow" mean AE TECHNOLOGIES GROUP LTD. TradersFlow is the brand and app name under which AE TECHNOLOGIES GROUP LTD provides the Service.

Your contract for the Service is with AE TECHNOLOGIES GROUP LTD. Any earlier version of these Terms under which the Service was provided by a sole trader is superseded by this version, and AE TECHNOLOGIES GROUP LTD assumes the rights and obligations owed to you under it — your subscription, trial and account continue unchanged.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

If you're using TradersFlow on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

These Terms are published with a version number and "Last updated" date (currently version 2.3, 2 September 2026). Acceptance is recorded against your account by reference to your sign-up date and the version of these Terms in force at that time; later versions apply as described in Changes to these terms. Accepting these Terms is a contractual step and is separate from any privacy consent — how we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

02

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. TradersFlow is built for tradespeople running a legitimate trade business.

03

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the information you put into TradersFlow — customer details, quotes, invoices, photos and notes. You agree that this information is accurate and that you have the right to store and process it.

You're also responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including invoicing, tax, electrical safety and data protection laws.

3a

Business Information

TradersFlow relies on the business information you enter into your Company Profile (business name, trading name, owner name, company registration number, VAT number, address, phone, email, website, description, logo, bank details, preferred and accepted payment methods, and insurance information) to power invoices, quotations, PDFs, customer-facing emails, portfolio pages and payment pages.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring all business information you provide is accurate, complete and kept up to date.
  • TradersFlow reproduces your business information exactly as entered by you on invoices, quotations, emails, PDFs, portfolio pages and payment pages.
  • TradersFlow is not responsible for any losses, disputes, penalties or legal issues that result from inaccurate, misleading, outdated or unlawful information you have supplied.

You can review and update your Company Profile at any time from Settings → Company Profile.

04

Account security

Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for anything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately so we can help secure it.

4a

Support Access and Account Assistance

By using TradersFlow, you acknowledge that authorised TradersFlow personnel may access your account and the data within it for customer support, troubleshooting, technical investigations, fraud prevention, security monitoring, platform maintenance, billing assistance, subscription management, and service quality assurance.

Administrative access is limited to personnel who hold the appropriate role-based permissions and is only exercised when reasonably necessary for the purpose being pursued. All administrative access may be logged and audited to maintain accountability.

TradersFlow may temporarily access your account data when reasonably necessary to investigate technical issues or provide support you have requested. Personnel will not access your account for purposes unrelated to platform operation or customer support.

05

Subscription & billing

TradersFlow is offered on a recurring subscription. The subscription is provided by AE TECHNOLOGIES GROUP LTD (company number 17419062, registered in England and Wales). The current plan and price are shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

TradersFlow subscriptions are sold exclusively through the TradersFlow Android app and are processed by Google Play Billing, with RevenueCat, Inc. as our subscription management provider. See Billing providers for the full breakdown.

By subscribing you authorise Google Play to charge your payment method for the fees due, including automatic renewals, until you cancel.

5a

Subscription plans

TradersFlow is offered under the plans below. The amounts shown here are the United Kingdom list prices in GBP and are included as a guide only. The price you actually pay is the price shown to you in the Google Play purchase screen for your country and plan at the moment you buy — see Regional pricing, currency & taxes.

  • Founding Member — Founding 100 tier (first 100 members only, while available), held while the subscription stays active.
  • Founding Member — Founding 500 tier (next 400 members only, after the Founding 100 tier is exhausted), held while the subscription stays active.
  • Pro — monthly subscription.
  • Business — monthly or annual subscription (annual billing is discounted compared with paying monthly).
  • All plans are sold through Google Play. Prices are set per country by Google Play, so the amount you pay is shown in your own currency in the app and on the Google Play purchase screen before you confirm. Prices quoted elsewhere are indicative only.
  • Regional plans — in some countries, including India, we publish a separate local plan at a locally set price in local currency. Where a local plan is offered to you, it is shown in the app in place of the international plan, and it unlocks the same core TradersFlow access as the Pro plan.

Only one active TradersFlow subscription is permitted per account. Subscription features may change as the platform evolves; where a change materially reduces functionality of a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice.

5a-i

Regional pricing, currency & taxes

TradersFlow is available to customers in multiple countries, including the United Kingdom and India. Subscription prices are set per country in Google Play and are retrieved from Google Play at the moment the plans are displayed. TradersFlow does not calculate currency conversions and does not display a converted or estimated price.

  • Prices may differ by country or region, plan, billing period, currency, applicable taxes and Google Play's own pricing rules.
  • Which plans and introductory or promotional offers you are shown, and whether you are eligible for them, is determined by Google Play and the plan configuration for your country and Google account.
  • Any applicable VAT, GST or other tax is calculated and collected by Google Play and shown in the Google Play purchase screen before you confirm.
  • The price, currency and billing period displayed by Google Play immediately before you confirm the purchase are the terms of that purchase. Nothing on our marketing pages overrides them.

TradersFlow sells one global subscription. Google Play automatically charges the price configured for your Play Store country and displays it in your local currency, so the plan you see is always the same subscription priced for your region.

5b

Founding Member terms

Founding Member pricing is a promotional subscription tier only. It grants discounted access to the TradersFlow platform at the rate shown when you subscribed.

Founding Member status does not provide ownership, equity, shares, voting rights, profit sharing, intellectual property rights, board representation, partnership rights, or any other legal interest in TradersFlow or its operating entity.

  • Founding pricing remains active while the subscription remains active and in good standing.
  • If a Founding Member cancels their subscription, TradersFlow is not required to restore the founding rate upon re-subscription, and the founding tier may by then be closed.
  • Founding Member access includes the features then available on the Pro and Business plans, and any future feature releases included at our discretion as part of the founding offer.
5c

Subscription changes (upgrades & downgrades)

  • Upgrades (for example Pro → Business) take effect immediately and may be prorated, so you only pay the difference for the remainder of the current billing period.
  • Downgrades (for example Business → Pro) take effect at the next billing cycle. You keep access to the higher-tier features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Only one active TradersFlow subscription is permitted per account. The system will not allow duplicate subscriptions to coexist.
  • Subscription features included in each plan may change as the platform evolves.
5d

Business plan features

The Business plan includes everything in Pro plus tools aimed at running and reporting on a trade business, currently:

  • Finance & VAT Centre
  • Performance Analytics
  • Reports & Earnings
  • Stock, suppliers, purchases and purchase orders
  • A higher daily AI allowance than Pro, across Ask TradersFlow, Automated Business Insights and Create with AI
  • Future Business features added during your subscription

Business tools are provided for informational purposes only. Calculations, summaries, VAT figures, expense categorisations, performance metrics, stock valuations, AI answers and reports do not constitute accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for verifying figures and obtaining professional advice where needed.

06

Free trial

New accounts get a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan. No payment card or payment method is required to start it, and the trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription — nothing is ever charged unless you actively purchase a subscription through Google Play in the Android app. The trial begins when your account is created and ends 7 days later. We'll send reminder emails 7, 3 and 1 day(s) before it ends.

AI features are available during the trial on a reduced daily allowance intended for evaluation. Paid plans receive a higher allowance — see Automated features & AI.

When the 7 days end, if you have not purchased a subscription, access to protected TradersFlow features is blocked and you are taken to a subscription-required screen. Blocked features include the dashboard, jobs and scheduling, customers, quotes, invoices, finance and reports. This is a full block — the account is not left in a "read-only" state.

Your existing data is not deleted when the trial ends: it remains stored in line with our retention policy, and you can still sign in, subscribe, contact support, request a copy of your data, and delete your account or data at any time. Purchase a subscription and access is restored immediately.

One trial per person. Trials are for first-time evaluation. We keep a minimal record of sign-up identities that have already started a trial, so a new trial is not granted where our systems identify previous trial use — for example if you sign out and back in, reinstall the app, use a different device, or create a new account using an email address that has already been used for a trial. In that case the account is created but starts without trial access, and a subscription is required to use protected features. If you believe a trial was refused in error, contact support@tradersflow.co.uk.

The trial length, and whether a trial is offered at all, may change for future sign-ups. Owner and administrator accounts used to operate the platform are exempt from trial and subscription checks on a role basis only.

07

Payment terms

Fees are charged in advance for each billing period by Google Play. Refunds are handled by Google under Google Play's refund process — see Refunds. Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a payment fails, Google Play will retry and notify you; if it continues to fail, the subscription may lapse and access to protected features is blocked until a subscription is active again.

Prices may be shown exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes depending on jurisdiction. Where required by law, VAT, GST or equivalent taxes will be added by Google Play and clearly displayed before payment is completed. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your business in your jurisdiction.

7a

Billing provider

TradersFlow subscriptions are sold exclusively through the TradersFlow Android app, using Google Play Billing under your Google account, with RevenueCat, Inc. managing subscription state on our behalf. This is governed by Google Play's own terms in addition to these Terms.

You manage, upgrade, downgrade, pause, cancel and renew your subscription from the Google Play Store → Subscriptions. A single TradersFlow account may only carry one active subscription at a time.

7b

Google Play Billing (Android)

Where you subscribe through the Android app, the purchase is a contract between you and Google under Google Play's terms, with TradersFlow as the underlying service provider. By purchasing, you agree that:

  • Google Play charges your Google account payment method, handles taxes where applicable, and issues receipts.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency shown (monthly or yearly) until cancelled in Google Play.
  • You must cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal via Play Store → Subscriptions → TradersFlow to avoid being charged for the next period.
  • Cancelling does not immediately end access — you keep the subscription until the end of the paid period, then it expires.
  • Upgrades, downgrades, plan swaps and payment method changes for Android purchases are handled entirely inside the Google Play Store; TradersFlow cannot make these changes for you.
  • All Google Play purchases are subject to Google Play's billing, refund and consumer policies, which apply in addition to these Terms.

Purchases and payments are handled entirely by Google Play. RevenueCat, Inc. is the subscription verification and entitlement layer we use: it validates the Google Play purchase, tells TradersFlow which entitlement you hold, and sends us webhook events so your access stays in sync with renewals, cancellations, grace periods, billing issues, refunds, holds and expiries.

7c

Restoring purchases (Android)

If you reinstall the Android app, switch devices, or sign back in after signing out, you can restore an active Google Play subscription from Settings → Billing → Restore purchases. You must be signed into the same Google account that originally purchased the subscription and the same TradersFlow account it was linked to.

Restoring re-checks your entitlement with Google Play via RevenueCat and reactivates premium access — it does not create a new charge.

7d

Refunds

TradersFlow does not take your subscription payment and cannot issue refunds for Google Play purchases. All subscription payments, receipts, taxes and refunds for the Android app are handled by Google under Google Play's billing and refund policies.

To request a refund, use Google Play → Account → Purchase history → Request a refund, or contact Google Play Support. The decision is Google's. If Google grants a refund, we are notified and the corresponding subscription access is revoked.

You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and by itself cancelling does not generate a refund for that period.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any rights you have that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under applicable consumer protection law and any rights you have against Google as the seller of record. If you believe you are entitled to a refund and Google has declined, contact us at support@tradersflow.co.uk and we will look at what we can reasonably do to help — for example account credit or assisting your case with Google. See also Business users only.

08

Renewals & price changes

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method held on your Google account. Renewal reminders are sent where Google Play surfaces them. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; price changes also follow Google Play's price-change consent process and take effect on the next billing period once accepted. Founding-member pricing, where offered, is locked at the rate shown when you subscribed and is honoured as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing.

09

Cancellation

How you cancel depends on where you subscribed:

  • Google Play (Android): cancel from Play Store → Subscriptions → TradersFlow → Cancel subscription. Cancelling in TradersFlow or by contacting us cannot stop a Google Play renewal — only Google Play can. Access continues until the end of the paid period, then expires.

After the current period ends, access to protected TradersFlow features is blocked until you subscribe again; your data remains stored in line with our retention policy. We may also cancel a subscription on our side in the limited circumstances described in Suspension and Termination.

9a

Business users only

TradersFlow is marketed and sold to businesses and self-employed tradespeople for use in the course of their trade, business, craft or profession. It is not directed at consumers.

Because the Service is supplied for business use, the statutory cancellation and "cooling-off" rights that apply to consumer contracts under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 do not apply to your subscription. You can still cancel at any time as described in Cancellation — future billing stops and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

If, despite this, you are using TradersFlow as a consumer rather than for business purposes, please contact us at support@tradersflow.co.uk before subscribing so we can confirm what statutory rights apply to you. Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10

Invoicing & payments to you

TradersFlow lets you create and send invoices to your own customers. Your customers pay you directly by bank transfer using the bank details you enter in the app. TradersFlow does not process payments and never holds or handles customer funds.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the invoices you raise, including VAT, tax registration numbers, line items, and any required statutory information. We don't issue invoices to your customers on your behalf — we provide the tooling so you can.

10a

Bank transfer payments

You may add your business bank details (account holder name, sort code, account number and optional bank name and instructions) in Settings → Bank details. These details are shown on the invoices and invoice emails you send so your customers can pay you directly.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the bank details you enter. TradersFlow does not verify bank accounts, does not initiate transfers, and is not liable for payments sent to incorrect details.

Once a payment reaches your bank account, you mark the invoice as paid inside TradersFlow. Refunds, disputes and any other payment issues are matters between you and your customer.

10b

Platform disclaimer

TradersFlow provides invoicing and business management software only. TradersFlow is not a bank, payment institution, e-money issuer or money transmitter, does not process card payments for your customers, and never receives, holds or transmits your customers' funds.

Google Play Billing is used solely to collect your own TradersFlow subscription payments.

11

Suspension & reinstatement

We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe it has been used in breach of these Terms, presents a security or fraud risk, or has unresolved billing issues. Where practical, we'll tell you why and what's needed to reinstate the account.

If a suspension is resolved (for example, payment is brought up to date or a security issue is cleared), the account can be reinstated. Suspension and reinstatement actions are recorded in an internal audit log.

12

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Account & Data. Deletion requires explicit confirmation and password re-entry. When you delete your account:

  • Your login, profile, business data and uploaded files are removed from our live systems immediately, and purged from our encrypted backups as those backups age out, within 30 days.
  • A limited set of records (invoice metadata, billing receipts, audit logs) is retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Deletion is irreversible — data cannot be recovered, even by us.

Important — deleting your TradersFlow account does NOT automatically cancel your paid subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately with the billing provider that issued it:

  • Google Play subscriptions (Android): cancel from Play Store → Subscriptions → TradersFlow → Cancel subscription before you delete your account. TradersFlow cannot cancel Google Play subscriptions on your behalf — only Google Play can.

If you still have an active subscription after deleting your account, you may restore access by signing back in and (on Android) using Restore purchases. This does not undo the data deletion — only the login and premium entitlement are restored.

13

Abuse, fraud & chargebacks

To protect honest users, we actively monitor for fraud, abuse and misuse of the Service. We may decline, pause or reverse transactions, suspend accounts, withhold features, or terminate access where we reasonably suspect: subscription or refund abuse, repeated free-trial abuse, impersonation, scraping, spam, or any attempt to bypass technical or commercial limits.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, fraudulent activity or abuse of the payment system may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of access while an investigation is conducted.

Because customers pay tradespeople directly by bank transfer, TradersFlow does not process customer payments and there is no TradersFlow-managed chargeback process for invoice payments. Any dispute over an invoice payment is a matter between you and your customer and their respective banks. We may share relevant account information with law enforcement where required.

14

Not financial, tax or legal advice

TradersFlow is software for running a trade business — it is not a financial, tax, accounting or legal advisor. Information shown in the app (totals, VAT calculations, summaries, reports) is provided to help you keep records, not as advice. You're responsible for verifying your numbers and for getting professional advice when you need it.

14a

Quotes, invoices, estimates & calculations

TradersFlow generates quotes, estimates, invoices, payment details, tax figures (including VAT and, for Indian users, GST), reports and other business documents from the information and settings you provide, including your country, currency, tax registration status, tax rates, prices, materials and templates.

  • You must check every document — amounts, line items, tax treatment, tax numbers, dates, bank or payment details and customer details — before sending it or relying on it.
  • Tax features (such as VAT or GST handling and place-of-supply selection) are tools to record the treatment you choose. They are not a determination of the correct tax treatment for your business or a given transaction.
  • Templates, default rates, suggested wording and material prices are starting points only and may not suit your business, trade or jurisdiction.
  • You remain responsible for meeting the invoicing, tax, record-keeping and consumer-information requirements that apply to your business in your country.

We take reasonable care with our calculations, and this section does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14b

Stock, suppliers & purchase orders

TradersFlow includes tools for recording materials and stock items, stock locations, stock levels and valuations, stock movements, transfers, stock takes, suppliers, purchases and purchase orders (including partial receipts). These are record-keeping tools: they reflect what has been recorded in your account, not what is physically present.

  • Stock levels, availability figures and low-stock warnings are calculated from the purchases, receipts, transfers, adjustments, stock takes and job usage recorded by you or your team. Unrecorded deliveries, wastage, breakage, theft or usage will not be reflected.
  • You remain responsible for physically checking your stock and for reconciling it against the figures in TradersFlow before you rely on them — for example when quoting, ordering or reporting.
  • Stock valuations and cost figures depend on the unit costs, prices, quantities and tax settings you enter. They are not an audited or accounting valuation of your inventory.
  • Purchase orders you create and send through TradersFlow are your own commercial documents. You are responsible for their content, terms, quantities, prices, tax treatment and for issuing them to the right supplier.
  • TradersFlow is not a party to any contract between you and your suppliers or your customers, does not order goods on your behalf, does not guarantee supplier performance, delivery, pricing or quality, and takes no part in disputes arising from those contracts.

This section does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14c

Automated features & AI

TradersFlow includes automated features such as reminders, overdue-invoice notices, recurring jobs, quote expiry, suggested templates, stock level updates and generated document wording. These run from rules and the data in your account.

TradersFlow also includes AI features, currently:

  • Ask TradersFlow — answers questions about your own business records. It is read-only: it never changes, creates or deletes anything.
  • Automated Business Insights — highlights patterns detected in your account data, with plain-language explanations.
  • Create with AI — prepares a draft quote, invoice, job, expense or customer message from a sentence you type. Nothing is saved to your account until you review the draft and confirm it, and TradersFlow does not send AI-written messages to your customers for you.

AI output is assistive only and is not advice. AI-generated suggestions, figures, summaries, drafts and wording may be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, complete, suitable or fit for any particular purpose, and to the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for loss arising from your reliance on it.

You must check AI output before you use it. You remain solely responsible for every quote, invoice, price, tax figure, job record, expense and message issued from your account, whether or not AI helped produce it — see Quotes, invoices & calculations. Do not rely on AI output for accounting, tax, legal or financial decisions.

How AI requests are processed. When you use an AI feature, TradersFlow sends your prompt and a limited extract of your own business records to our AI provider, OpenAI, and returns the generated text to you. Customer contact details, bank details and tax identifiers are excluded from those requests. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy and sub-processor list. We do not use your business data to train machine-learning models, and content sent through the OpenAI API is not used by OpenAI to train its models.

Fair use and allowances. AI features are subject to daily and hourly fair-use allowances that depend on your plan (free trial, Pro, Business and Founding Member), enforced on our servers. Allowances reset automatically. We may adjust allowances, change or withdraw the underlying AI model or provider, or suspend AI features temporarily for cost, security, abuse-prevention or availability reasons; AI features are provided as part of the Service and are not sold separately. You must not use AI features to generate unlawful, misleading, harassing or infringing content, to attempt to extract data belonging to other accounts, or to resell or automate bulk access to the model.

Availability. AI features depend on a third-party provider and may be unavailable, degraded or rate-limited at times. This does not entitle you to a refund or credit, and the rest of the Service continues to work without them.

15

Acceptable use

You agree not to use TradersFlow to break the law, and in particular not to:

  • send spam, unlawful marketing or harassing messages to anyone, including through invoice, quote, review or portfolio emails;
  • upload or store content that is unlawful, malicious, infringing, or another person's personal data that you have no lawful grounds or authority to process;
  • impersonate another person or business, or issue invoices or quotes in a business's name without authority;
  • use the Service for fraudulent invoicing, money laundering or any other financial crime;
  • probe, attack, reverse engineer, overload or circumvent our systems, security controls, access controls or commercial limits (including trial and subscription enforcement);
  • misuse the AI features — for example to generate unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content, to attempt to reach data belonging to another account, to work around fair-use allowances, or to resell or automate bulk access to the underlying model;
  • run malicious automated activity against the Service, including credential stuffing, bots, or scripted abuse of forms, emails or AI requests;
  • scrape or bulk-extract data from the Service, or resell or sublicense access to it, without our written permission.

We may investigate suspected breaches and take the steps described in Suspension, Abuse, fraud & chargebacks and Termination.

16

Your data is your data

You own all the business data you put into TradersFlow — your customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, stock, supplier and purchase records, photos and documents. We don't claim ownership of it, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to train AI models.

So that we can actually run the Service for you, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, back up, copy, transmit, display and process that content — and to pass the limited extract needed to a sub-processor (for example to send an email you asked us to send, or to generate an AI answer you asked for). The licence exists only for the purpose of providing, securing and supporting the Service, and it ends when the content is deleted, subject to the retention exceptions in our Privacy Policy.

You can export or permanently delete your data at any time from Settings → Account & Data.

17

Our intellectual property

The TradersFlow software, brand, design, templates and documentation belong to us and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for your own business while your subscription or trial is active and in good standing. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Service except to the extent the law says you may.

Documents you generate through the Service (your quotes, invoices, purchase orders and reports) are yours to use freely.

18

Service availability

We aim to keep TradersFlow available around the clock and we monitor for outages, but we do not offer a service-level agreement or a guaranteed uptime percentage. We may carry out planned maintenance and will give reasonable notice where possible.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service. Availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, infrastructure outages, security incidents or events beyond our reasonable control.

19

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradersFlow is provided "as is" and "as available". We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or loss of data. We're not liable for losses caused by your customers, by third-party providers (including Google Play, RevenueCat or email providers), or by your own use of the Service in a way that breaches these Terms. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period.

You remain solely responsible for your tax filings, VAT submissions, accounting records, business compliance, invoices and financial reporting, including verifying any figures produced by TradersFlow's Business tools before relying on them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded — for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

20

Termination

You can stop using TradersFlow at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, but the sections that should naturally survive (such as data ownership, payment obligations, governing law and liability) continue to apply.

21

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

You and TradersFlow agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Mandatory local rights are preserved. If you are habitually resident outside England and Wales — for example in India or elsewhere — the choice of law and jurisdiction above applies only to the extent permitted by the law of your own country. It does not deprive you of:

  • the protection of any mandatory consumer, data-protection or other rights of your country of residence that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited by agreement; or
  • your right to bring proceedings, or to use a complaints, mediation, consumer-forum or regulatory route, in your own country where the law of that country gives you that right.

For Indian users this includes rights under applicable Indian consumer protection and data protection law, and any rights you have against Google as the seller of your subscription. Where a term of these Terms conflicts with such a mandatory right, that right prevails and the rest of these Terms continue to apply.

22

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example to reflect new features, new countries, changes in our providers, or legal and regulatory changes. Each published version carries a version number and "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Minor changes (clarifications, typographical corrections, updated contact details) take effect when published. If a change is material — for example it changes pricing terms, cancellation, liability or how we use your data — we will notify you by email or in-app at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless a change must take effect sooner for legal or security reasons.

Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you can cancel your subscription in Google Play and stop using the Service, or delete your account.
